What is included in each report?
Every report includes all 10 sections: site description, vegetation communities, flora survey, fauna survey, threatened species assessment, EPBC Act matters of national environmental significance, state legislation compliance, impact assessment, offset calculations, and recommendations. The same comprehensive output on every plan.
Can I try Groundtruth before paying?
Yes. The Free plan gives you one full report per month with no credit card required. Generate your first report and see the quality for yourself before upgrading.
What does "priority generation" mean?
Pro and Pro Premium reports are queued ahead of free-tier reports during high-demand periods. This means your reports are generated faster, typically completing in minutes rather than waiting in a shared queue.
Do unused reports roll over?
Monthly report allocations reset each billing cycle and do not roll over. If you need additional reports beyond your plan, you can purchase single reports for AU$30 + GST (AU$33.00 total) each at any time.
Can I cancel or change plans anytime?
Yes. Monthly plans have no lock-in — upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time. Annual plans are billed in full upfront and are non-refundable after 14 days, but you keep access for the full 12 months.
How does annual billing work?
Annual billing gives you 12 months of access for the price of 10 — 2 months free. You're charged once upfront: AU$500 (Pro), AU$1,000 (Pro Premium), or AU$3,000 (Enterprise). Your monthly report allocation stays the same; you just pay less overall.
What is the Enterprise plan for?
Enterprise is designed for ecological consulting firms and larger teams that produce high volumes of assessments. At 100 reports per month, it covers most practices without hitting limits. Includes all features plus dedicated support.
